Finally, my 2nd attempt berhasil jugaa…yeyyy

Kali ini aku ambil resep yg diadaptasi dari blog mbak Irene dgn modifikasi dan trik/tips tertentu, semua tips didapat berkat blog dan youtube walking dari :

Tips :
* waktu proofing, permukaan roti dioles tipis2 pake olive oil/melted butter supaya tidak kering
* adonan diuleni hingga kalis (gak lengket) dan elastis (gak sobek) —-> aku pake hand mixer Phillips dgn adukan yg spiral selama 3 menit, selanjutnya kneading pake tangan 10 menit
* total baking time 20 menit suhu 180C, pake api atas + bawah (10 menit di rak bawah, 10 menit di rak atas
* aku gk pake bread improver, tetep maknyuusss
