Lebaran kali ini, aku bikin 2 macam kastengel. Yang eggles (resep mbak ricke) dan yang pakai telur (resep mbak hesty). Kedua2ny pakai wijsman. Berikut perbedaan resepnya

Eggless :
Wijsman + blueband (125gr : 175gr)
Keju parmesan bubuk 80gr (beli di superindo galaxy)
Keju edam 100gr
No egg

With egg:
Wijsman + blueband (50:50)
Keju edam full (250gr)
1 kuning telur

Utk yg pake telur, pingin pake parmesan tp males ke superindo akhrny pake full edam

Hasilnya dua duanya enak, hny yg pertama lbh ngejuu krn pake parmesan. So…sesuaikan selera aja yaa 🙂
